Do you accept online payment thru QuickBooks Payment?

Thank you for joining the QuickBooks Community, youngch83. If you do accept online payments through QuickBooks Payment as Fiat Lux - ASIA mentioned, this would be a reason why you are being charged daily. The rates per transaction for Quickbooks Online customers are listed below.

  • ACH bank transfer is 1% (Max $10). This is an electronic money transfer between banks that pulls money from your customer's bank account and put it into yours.
  • Card-Swiped is 2.4%+25 cents. This is where a customer swipes their credit or debit card using one of our card readers.
  • Card-Invoiced is 2.9%+25 cents. This is sharing an online invoice with your customer, who then pays it using an ACH bank transfer or credit or debit card.
  • Card-Keyed is 3.4% + 25 cents.This is manually typing the customer credit/debit card information.

If this isn't the case, I suggest contacting our Support Team. They have the tools to view the history of your account and all the billing statements. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description.

  6. Enter your contact information.
