An outdated app can be the reason why your bank account isn't showing up under the Cash Flow section. Though, a simple data issue can also cause the bank account to disappear. Before we update it, let's reset your app's data:

HI, I tried all that but it's not even showing as a cash flow account in QB on the web. Yet it's showing in my list of accounts and I'm able to review and categorize transactions.
When I try to connect the savings account to my bank in QB it says it's already connected.

I know a possible resolution to this concern. I suggest updating your bank manually. This way, you'll see if the cashflows together with the bank transaction, will now flow into your QuickBooks Online account.

Go to your chart of accounts and set the "Detail Type" on the account you want to pull in to Checking or Cash. That should allow the account to be seen in the Cash Flow report.
