I’m glad you’re using the Community to get help with adding your older transactions. I'll share a reference about it.
Usually, banks will provide transactions in the last 90 days or up to the last 12 months when you connect an account. Anything older can be downloaded from your bank's website to a supported Web Connect file and uploaded to the Banking page. Once you get all your transactions in, you can categorize them, and add them to your books or match them to your existing QBO transactions. However, categorizing them takes time especially when you have many entries. So to speed up the process, you can create bank rules.
