Visit the following link for sample company.

Or do you want to import your own sample data?

Thank you for posting, @pablo3

Yes, we have files that you can use. You can import the following information to QuickBooks Online:

  • Customers
  • Vendors
  • Accounts
  • Products and Services

You can download and open these samples:

See this article for detailed guidance on how to import products and services from Excel. Also, for more information about the common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online article.

I'm always here if you need further help importing those files. Have a wonderful day!

Hello agsd!

Thanks for posting here. Let me assist you in importing data.

I reviewed the links in this thread and it seems that some are not updated since they are posted years ago. However, you can check this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online. This will show and explain how to import data into QuickBooks Online as well as how to format or create the file needed.

If you need sample files, you can get them directly from your QuickBooks Online account. Go to the Gear icon and select Import data. Choose what type of data you wanted to import, then you'll see a Download a sample file link.

Additionally, I added this article about bank transactions: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. This explains what to do once you downloaded the bank entries.

Comment again here if you need more assistance. I'll help you!
