I'll help you with printing the deposit summary, Billing62.

I've replicated your concern. The deposit summary is printing on one page only. Unless it consists of a lot of transactions. Although, it seems like in your situation, even the deposits are just a few, it will still print two pages.

Let's try to update or repair the Adobe reader. This fixes most printing issues in QuickBooks Online.

If you're still encountering the same issue, please check this reference on how to fix QuickBooks Online printing issues on browsers for Windows.

Tried these steps, but it didn't work. The deposit slip aligns correctly with the boxes/spaces. It's only the deposit summary that doesn't print/align to one page. It used to print all 18 items on one page.

Hello, @billing62.

I appreciate you for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've already performed. When you print forms or documents within QuickBooks, it uses the printer settings configured by either in the browser or the operating system you're using. You can usually set this from your Control Panel in the Printers and Faxes dialog window.

Let's review the page configuration in your browser's printer set up. This way, we can make sure that it is set to print the deposit summary to fit the page width of the paper.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Open a bank deposit.
  2. In the Bank Deposit window, click Print at the bottom menu.
  3. Select the Print deposit summary only.
  4. In the Print Preview window, click Print.
