Let me share some information about the import options in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The option to import Journal Entries from Excel file is unavailable in QBO. You may consider using a third-party tool to import your journal entries. You can check for supported apps from the Apps menu or through this link: Find the right apps for your business.
