How can I move a credit card transaction that I took from quickbooks over to the payment gateway so it will deposit into our checking account?

You'll have to record your deposit in your merchant account first, then in QuickBooks make a deposit. Let me walk you through the steps.

1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
2. Go to Banking, then Record Merchant Service Deposit.
3. Select Record Deposit. The payment will move to the Recorded tab.
4. Hit Save & Close or Done.

Once you're done, go back to QuickBooks and record the deposits from the undeposited funds account to our checking account. Please see this article for the detailed steps: Record and make Bank Deposits in QuickBooks Desktop.
