You can purge your current data so you can start fresh with a new QuickBooks company. Take note that you can only reset your account within 60 days of signing up. If your account is more than 60 days old, you may need to cancel your account and then create a new one. Here's how to delete your data:
- Log in to your QBO account.
- Review the URL in your browser's address bar.
- Remove all the text after the last / and enter purgecompany. it should look like this: https://…qbo.intuit.com/app/purgecompany.
- To confirm you want to delete your company data, enter Yes.
- Select OK, then click Wipe data.
