I am having problems with it saving. I added 17 split transactions to my credit card payment but it won't save. The bottom says 0.00 difference and all the amounts are in there but it won't save. What am I doing wrong?
I did exactly that but the save and add green button is faint and won't let me click on it.

Missing payee name or expense account can be the reason the Save and add button is grayed out. Let's make sure that everything is filled out.

If the button is still unavailable, let's log out from your QuickBooks Online account and log back in. By doing this, the system reloads the data that didn't process due to some browser-related issue. Then, go to the Banking page, select the transaction, and click on Split.
Otherwise, please use the Master Admin's login credentials when accepting bank transactions. System restricts a user when the access rights doesn't include managing bank transactions.
