Buy nowI can help you find the transactions, @martha31.
Let’s filter your transactions from the Transactions tab. This way, we can check if they were already recorded in QuickBooks.
Here’s how:
We can also filter the Type drop-down to Excluded, Unreviewed and uncategorized, etc. to sort out the transactions.
If the same thing happens, let's manually refresh your bank account to bring the transactions. I'll show you how.
However, if you're still not able to locate the transactions, we can manually add them. Here's an article that includes the step by step instructions: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Once imported, you can categorize them. I've added this article as your guide: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
I'll be around if there's anything that I can help you with your transactions. Take care.
Thank you. I ended up importing the missing transactions, which solved the problem.
