A similar case has been reported wherein customers are experiencing challenges scrolling to the bottom of the reconciliation window. The window will automatically scroll back up. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks support so that they can add you to the affected users list.
To contact our support team, please follow the steps below:
- Hover over to the Help menu and click the Search tab.
- Click Contact Us.
- Select a specific topic or Ask about something else, and type in a short description in the box provided.
- Click Continue, then choose the Chat or Callback option.
In the meantime, you can add filters in the reconciliation window to narrow down the transactions displayed, allowing you to access needed line items.
