Allow me to shed some light on recording deposits in QBO mobile app.
I know how handy it is to record the deposit in the mobile app, however, this option is no longer available. As a workaround, you'll want to log in to your QBO using your mobile browser and record deposits as usual.
Furthermore, I can see how this option can bring you so much convenience, that said, I'd recommend sending feedback to our product developers so they can assess this for future enhancements of the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile App. I'd be happy to show you the way how to send feedback through QBO. Here's how:
- Go to Settings and select Feedback under the Profile column.
- Enter your feedback about having an invoice payment link on QBO Mobile App.
- Select Next.
