You'll want to import your historical banking transactions as a CSV file so you can select a credit card account. You can also look for a third-party app that can help you convert the PDF bank statement into a CSV file.

I have an Amazon transaction that covers two invoices. On the advice of the forum I have excluded this and added two transactions for the two invoices to take its place as you cannot attach two invoices to one transaction. Base on your situation, you'll want to consider using the Bank Rule feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This helps you save time by setting up an automatic categorization of the regular recurring transactions. These rules are a way for you to ask the system to prefill some information when transactions are downloaded from the bank.
QuickBooks automatically applies your rules to transactions in the For review tab. These are the ones you need to review every day.
