Let's see what we can do about this, userbookkeeper.
Once we migrate your data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online, we cannot delete recurring transactions and templates in bulk. We'll have to do it one at a time.
To delete the recurring templates, you can follow these steps:

Can you not delete multiple recurring transactions at once? I'm cleaning up from a previous bookkeeper and they made EVERYTHING a recurring transaction... I need to delete like 200 of them...
I can help you with deleting those recurring transactions, @TekyBookkeper82.
You can delete your recurring transactions by clicking the Edit dropdown under the Action column. However, you'll need to do it one by one.
Check the steps below:
See this article for more information about your list of recurring transactions: Review your recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
A feature to delete all those recurring transactions at once will surely save your time. I'll surely take note of this. Our developers might introduce this feature in the future. For now, I suggest checking out our QuickBooks Blog for updates on the program.

Has this been updated to do all at one time or choose a selection of them?
Hi @Pro-Sweep,
I appreciate you for reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm here to provide some clarification about QuickBooks Online's capability.
The option to delete transactions all at once or the ability to choose a selection is still unavailable. For now, you'll need to delete your recurring transactions one by one manually.
Though, it would be beneficial to have this feature in the Online version, too. Our engineers might be working to bring requested options and abilities over to this platform in the future.
As we assess this, I suggest sending your feedback through our website. Here's the link: https://feedback.qbo.intuit.com/forums/591862-quickbooks-invoice-payments-portal/suggestions/3224412....
Also, I've attached an article you can use to learn how to recover details of a deleted transactions through the Audit Log: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Drop me a comment below if you have any other questions related to the imported transactions after the migration. I'll be happy to help you some more.
Renewing the call to allow us to bulk-delete expenses - especially given it's so easy to create recurring expenses. The ability to select them with checkboxes is ALREADY THERE.
Please add this feature! Deleting a bunch of auto-created transactions one by one is maddening.
Has this been made available yet? I have 600 recurring transactions to delete. I do not want to do this one by one.
Hi Valerie,
With many recurring transactions, an option to delete them in bulk can really help you.
As of the moment, the said option is not available in QBO, and I encourage you to vote on the existing feedback. This way, our product engineers will know that many users want such a feature.
You can comment on this thread if there's anything else you need. Take care and have a good one.
Any update on this feature?
My additional question would be if we are ale to do a bulk delete of recurring transactions using the QBO API?
Hi there, @jayBFCMA.
Thanks for following along with the thread.
At this time, the option to delete multiple recurring transactions still isn't available. I wanted to mention that I've also submitted this suggestion to our Development Team for further review.
As for your other question, you can always reach out to our API Community for any updates. They'll have the resources to guide you to a solution for your account. I'll link their webpage here: Intuit Developer.
Any other questions you have about your account, don't hesitate to ask them here. We're all eager to help!
This answer is really unacceptable. The new recurring transactions occurred out of nowhere and I have thousands of them. QBO had a bug that created these transactions; QBO needs to fix it.
