How do I deposit the money in my account to a bank

I'll show you how to deposit your money in your bank, rocky69rhodes-gm.

If the money is on the Undeposited Funds account, I'd suggest following these steps to put them in the correct bank account.

  1. Go to the + New menu.
  2. Select Bank Deposit.
  3. From the Account drop-down menu, choose the bank account you want to put the money into.
  4. Select the transaction you want to deposit. This image shows a normal bank deposit screen with a number of deposits on the page.
  5. Once done, click on Save and close.

Please see this article for reference: Record and Make Bank Deposits.

In case you'd like to transfer funds between accounts, please see the steps below:

  1. Go to the + New button and then select Transfer.
  2. From the Transfer Funds From the drop-down list, select the bank account that the money is coming from.
  3. From the Transfer Funds To dropdown list, select the bank account that the money is going to.
  4. In the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.Capture.PNG
  5. Click Save and close to complete the transfer.

For further guidance, I'd suggest checking this article: Transfer Funds Between Accounts.

Additionally, I recommend reconciling your accounts in QuickBooks Online. This ensures your accounts match with your real-life bank and credit card statements.

Please get back on this thread if you need assistance making sure the money is added to the correct account. I'm determined to help you succeed.
