Hi @redopal7. I appreciate your efforts in getting this fixed. To help us figure out why your bank transaction isn’t appearing, can you share the name of the financial institution that linked to your QuickBooks Online?
In the meantime, log into your bank's website directly to check for any alerts or maintenance notifications that might be delaying the sync. If everything looks good there, ensure your For Review tab filters are set to "All Transactions" and "All Dates" so nothing is hidden from view. You can also check the Excluded tab, to find a missing transaction there, simply select it and click Undo to move it back. If the data still hasn't appeared, go to the Bank transactions tab and click Update in the top right corner to manually refresh the connection.
