I can share some information about migrating data to QuickBooks Online (QBO), larrylambeth.
When converting your QuickBooks Enterprise data to QBO, you'll have to make sure that the file is less than 750,000 targets. This way, you can successfully convert your file.
Please take note of the following information before moving to QBO:
Moreover, Yes, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise doesn't have the Export Company File to QuickBooks Online option under the Company. Instead, you can follow these steps to start migrating your data.
After the migration, it is recommended to compare the reports in QuickBooks Online and Desktop. This is to ensure that everything matches. Otherwise, you'll need to review the conversion guide.

Right, but I'm going from QB Enterprise
Open your company file on QB Desktop and hit CTRL+1 keys. How big are your Total Targets?
OK, thank you - that worked.
So my next question is that I have several other accounts I also want to bring into the same new Online account. They were separate files in the Enterprise version. Can I just import those the same way and have them now in the same QBO account?
Thanks for getting back to us, Larry. Let me add my voice to the discussion and provide additional details regarding importing accounts from a separate QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise account into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The conversion completely overwrites any previous information in the QuickBooks Online company. Previously entered or imported data will be erased and replaced by any further migrations made within the 60-day timeframe.
That said, we're currently unable to import a chart of accounts from another QBDT company file, as it will replace the ones already entered in QBO.
Moving forward, here's an article to learn more about the steps you should take after you move your QBDT file to QBO to ensure your data is ready to go: What to do after you move from QuickBooks Desktop for Windows or Mac to QuickBooks Online.
