Importing transactions from Shopify to QBO is done through a third-party application. To make sure that you'll get the assistance that you need, I highly suggest reaching out to the Shopify Support Team. They can definitely help you check the configuration of the software and assist you with transferring transactions to QuickBooks.
Here's how:
1. On your QBO account, go the Apps menu on the left panel.
2. Under the My Apps column, choose Shopify.
3. Click the Support tab to get their phone number.
