Welcome to the Community, @87mzpinkk.
I am here to assist you with linking your Navy Federal business account to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
There are possible reasons you're experiencing difficulty connecting to your bank. These can include the selection of the wrong bank during the connection setup, incompatible account types such as business or personal accounts, or the bank not being a participating financial institution.
Next, I suggest reconnecting your Navy Federal business account, keeping in mind the following information.
After doing so, choose your Navy Federal business account again in your setup.
Once you've tried reconnecting and the issue persists, I recommend requesting support from your bank within your QBSE account.
I'm also adding this additional reference for more details: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.
Should you need to organize your transactions so you know what area or your business has the biggest impact, feel free to read through this additional reference: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
You're always welcome in the Community if you have further updates linking your Navy Federal business account. Take care.
The issue with the answer provided is that it does not take into account that in order to access the Navy Federal business accounts, you must first log into your personal Navy Federal Account. On the Navy Federal website, once logged in, you then go to the name tab on the upper right side of the page, select it, and within the drop down, select your business. The issue I am assuming they had, and that I am having, is that during the authorization process, this option is not available, and therefore does not work for linking the business account. I will try to manually verify the account, as well as calling the bank in the morning, however this issue should be addressed by both Quickbooks, as well as Navy Federal as this is a major friction point.
