To import your bank and credit card account information into QuickBooks, you have the option to do it manually by uploading a file, please be ensure that the data is in the correct format. Here's how to verify the format of bank transactions in a CSV file:

 

  • 3-column format: This format includes the Date, Description, and Amount columns.
  • 4-column format: This format includes Date, Description, Credit, and Debit columns.

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Transactions and select Bank transactions.
  3. From the For Review tab.
  4. Select the checkbox of the transactions to exclude.
  5. Then click Exclude.

Another option, you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
