Currently, we're unable to import miles/trips from QuickBooks Self-Employed into QuickBooks Online. You can only import the following information to QBO:
Customers
Vendors
Accounts
Products and Services
For additional information about importing data in QBO, please refer to this article: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online. This article also provides details about the file formats you can use to import data to QBO.
For now, I suggest to manually adding the mileage/trip information to QBO. Please note that before doing that, make sure that you're the master admin of the account.
1. Go to the Mileage tab on the left menu.
2. Choose Add Trip.
3. Enter the trip date, starting/ending locations, distance, and trip purpose.
4. Once done, click Save.
For your reference, check out this article: Track mileage in QuickBooks Online. It'll also help you learn about how to edit your vehicle information both on the web and in mobile apps.

Note that Mileage feature is not meeting the basic requirements expected from it so dont waste our time by introducing features that are not useful atall
