Allow me to share some insights about this.
Once you migrated your data to another account the reconciled transactions will not be copied.
So, the possible reason it's showing $0 is the opening balance is not yet reconciled. You'll need to add an opening balance and start reconciling again.

This was a copy from another QB online account. There is two years of data (1300 transactions) that was reconciled before it was copied over.
I don't understand why those reconciliations were lost. Now when I go to reconcile it has a beginning balance of $0.00.
How can I fix that?

I ended up going to the beginning and reconciling the account again up to the current statement.
NOTE TO OTHER USERS: copying a file to another account in Quickbooks online does not copy the reconciliation data.
