We regret that this is not the level of service we aim to provide, @Basmab. Allow me to provide you with details regarding the process of importing data files into QuickBooks.
In QuickBooks Online, the maximum number of rows you can import from CSV files at once is 1,000. If your list exceeds this limit, split it into smaller files of 250, 500, or any number under 1,000. Ensure each CSV segment follows a consistent format for successful data import and accurate mapping of your products and services.
To learn more about this process, you can read this article: Import products and services into QuickBooks Online.
In addition, you can look for a third-party application that can help you in importing large files into QuickBooks. You'll want to visit our QuickBooks App Market or go to the Apps menu in your QBO account to find one.
Here's how:
- From the left menu, click Apps.
- Select the Find Apps tab.
- Enter a brief description of the feature in the Search for an App box.
- If there's a list of selections, choose the app you want to integrate, then click Get the app now to connect.
