How do I turn off the bank fees option?

If you're referring to disconnect bank feeds option in QBO, you will edit the bank account from the Chart of Accounts and select the Disconnect this account on save box.

• Go the Chart of Accounts from the left Dashboard Account
• Select Bank account in question
• Select Edit drop-down arrow next to View register under Action column.
• Select the "Disconnect this account on save" checkbox. (See attached screenshot below for reference).
• Save & Close.

Are you speaking about convenience fees? If yes, go to the gear icon in the upper righthand corner of the screen. Select account and settings. Then select sales and in that section, you will see convenience fees that you can turn off.
