You can unlink your bank account by disabling the Disconnect this account on save option. Please be reminded that once the account is disconnected, any transactions in the For Review tab will be deleted. I'd suggest categorizing them first before doing so.

The steps provided by my colleague above if for the Accountant view in your company file. Since you don't see the Banking menu from the left navigation bar, it's possible that you're in a Business view. If so, you can refer to the following steps below to unlink your bank account.
