How do you become eligible for next day ACH deposits? I don't see the option to upgrade the deposit speed, as described in the help section.

Depending on when you sign up your QuickBooks Payments account, you can easily avail of the next-day deposit option.

If you’ve signed up after 5/21/2019, you’re automatically eligible for the next-day deposits with ACH and credit card payments. However, if you’ve signed up before 5/21/2019, you can check whether you’re eligible to upgrade your account.

Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings ⚙.
2. Choose Account and Settings.
3. Select the Payments tab.

You’ll receive a prompt that will tell you whether you’re eligible or not. If you’re eligible for next-day deposits, select Upgrade in the Deposit Speed section. You can check this article for more detailed information: Get paid faster with next-day deposits.

On the other hand, I’d suggest contacting our Customer Care Team (QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center). They have the tools to look up your account securely. Also, they can provide you with specific lists of requirements so you’ll be eligible for the next-day deposit option.
