Yes. My concern is that I am banking with a company that does not have a support email. I need to change the phone number used to authenticate transactions to mine. My business partner has already made me the primary on the account and he should not be needed for absolutely anything. So why am I being told your system has to call his number? We have changed all the numbers in the account to mine. Over the phone you would not help me without him. So he got somone on the call and changed me as the primary. But yet...here I am unable to make a simply transfer.
I still want that support email.
Let me join this thread and explain how we can transfer the primary admin to you, Marcelo.
Firstly, if you contact our Support Team to request a Primary Admin transfer but you're not authorized, we will have to get in touch with the primary admin. This process is in place to prevent fraudulent activity and similar issues.
Since the transfer did not go through successfully, we can let your business partner transfer it to you without calling our support team again. For further information and detailed guidance, refer to this article: Change the primary admin user in QuickBooks Online.
If the primary admin or contact can’t transfer the role to you, they can send a request to our account protection team. You can check out this article to learn how to do it: Request to be the primary admin or contact.
