The reclassification feature is only available in QuickBooks Online Advance and QuickBooks Online Accountants. Please ensure you sign up for the subscription so you can use this feature in your account.
However, If you don't have this feature, you can edit your transaction one at a time, or you can upgrade to an advanced version if you want to take advantage of the feature.
