How to fix error 350? Having problem connecting to Chase bank accounts?

You can refresh the connection to your bank and credit card accounts to resolve the error you're experiencing, @Hasmukh.

Beforehand, please note that error 350 in QuickBooks Online (QBO) occurs when the connection to your bank or credit card account expires or the bank updates its system. To resolve this, refresh your banking credentials before reconnecting your account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the My Apps menu and open the Accounting dropdown.
  2. Choose Bank Transactions, then select the bank or credit card account you'd like to reconnect.
  3. Click Edit, and then choose Edit account sign-in.
  4. Verify your bank's login credentials. If needed, you can re-enter them.
  5. Click Save and connect.
  6. Once the reconnection is successful, you’ll see a confirmation message. Click Done to finish.
