Hi there, @userhollielawlordesi.

Are you using QuickBooks Payments when accepting customer payments?

If so, you can check your bank details by logging in to your QuickBooks Payments account. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account.
  2. From the menu, select Account and click Account Profile.
  3. Go to the Account Holder/Business Information section, then select Edit.
  4. Change your business information as desired, and click Submit.

Additionally, let's ensure that the account you're connected with QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is your business account. Then, link this to Merchant Service when accepting customer payments.

In case you need to update your other business information in your QuickBooks Payments account, use this article as your reference: Update business and account info in Merchant Services.

You're welcome to visit this thread again if you have questions regarding QBSE. I'm here to assist you.
