How do you get a future date to print on a bank deposit slip?
Example: I create the deposit today, 02/16/24, but I won't get to the bank until tomorrow, 02/17/24, to deposit it. So, I want the date that prints on the deposit slip to be 02/17/2024 but I am going to print it today 02/16/24.

Regarding this part: "So, we'll want to change the "Summary of Deposits to [bank account] On" date."
Is that the "Date" box that has a little calendar in it at the top of the "Bank Deposit" page? If so, I have changed the date in that box to the date I want printed on my deposit slip, and it still prints the current date.

Yes, you're correct. The date displayed in the Summary of Deposits section is pulled from the Date box, which is located on the Bank Deposit page (little calendar box). As the date shows the current one, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to address the issue.
The system's accumulated site data can become outdated, resulting in odd behavior in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Launching the program in incognito mode prevents internet files from being saved, eliminating the potential for webpage issues.
Here are the shortcut keys to bring up private browsing:
Once logged in, enter a future date in the Date field and print the deposit slip summary. If this works, clear the default browser's cache to free up space on your device and improve browsing performance. Otherwise, utilize other supported browsers as an alternative. This will help identify if the current one you're using is the issue.

We also have had this same issue for years, and have not found a remedy. It seems to me that QB software programming needs to be modified to print the date on the deposit to be identical to the date of the deposit, not to today's date.

Indeed, you are right. The Date box, a tiny calendar box on the Bank Deposit page, provides the date that appears in the Summary of Deposits section. As for the troubleshooting, clearing the browser's cache and Intuit-specific cookies can also help fix issues

This is a ridiculous fix - the deposit ticket should print the date you select in the date/calendar/deposit summary date dropdown. Fix this. Insane to be going out Incognito to "work around" a known bug for more than a year when we pay for this (and a new monthly fee coming down the pipeline)
