I was having problems getting bank feed from BOA Credit Card, so I was trying to basically start over and try to resync. Well that was STUPID, because when I tried to sync with BOA it says "BOA is already linked to a bank feed." So I went back to the current feed and just wanted to reconnect and there is no button to do so. I spent over 2 hrs on the phone with a nice rep and we tried everything and could not solve the issue. He kept escalating it to different parties and they said the thing that would solve it would be call BOA and have them disconnect you from QB then try to reconnect with them again and it would be solved. I am on the phone w BOA and they said you are and never have been connected to BOA QB's. So does anyone know a way to go in to the current account an reconnect it?????
Hello, Synergy21.
QuickBooks Online uses browser cache and cookies to run faster. As we use the web browser, these files accumulate causing unusual behaviors in the program. We can try performing some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.
There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses. We can start by accessing your account in a private browser. This mode doesn't save your searches, visited pages, log in details, and cookies.
If you're able to reconnect your bank account using a private browser, you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Hi @Synergy21 , a workaround you could download the bank transaction manually from bank website, then import it to qb. For easier import transaction you could use this tool : https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo . Glad to assist you.
That does not work. Finally saw that someone else said that they kept trying to reconnect their account just like Im asking to do, but they said they too were trying to reconnect and it kept saying they were still connected. When spoiler alert he wasn't. So I'm afraid when I try to do it the same thing will happen. Is there a way to ask this user (Maybelle_S) what he did?
