Hi there, @mikechicago13,
May I know if you're referring to Etsy transactions pulling out duplicate entries into QuickBooks Self-Employed? If so, we currently have an ongoing issue which our engineers are working on at the moment.
To subscribe for updates, I recommend contacting us to add your account to our list of affected users. Provide the investigation number INV-41299 to our representatives. Here's how to get support:
- Tap the (?) Help icon at the top.
- Click on the Contact us button.
- Enter a short description of the problem then press Continue.
- Select your preferred contact option.
In the meantime, you can manually exclude the transactions to avoid messing up your books. Here's how:
- Go to Transactions menu.
- Locate the duplicate transactions by comparing your bank statement and evaluating each entries.
- Expand the transaction, then click Exclude this transaction.
For detailed instructions, go check out this article: Exclude or Delete Transactions.
