I am missing all of january from my bank load sync up routine.. how do I re sync the transactions?

Thanks for visiting the Community, @curt-e-hamner. QuickBooks will depend on the data that has been shared by your financial institution (FI). 

Let's manually update your bank so you can track your online transactions accurately. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Bank Accounts.
3. Click Refresh All.
