I am missing four months of bank transaction. March-June 2023. How do I get those now?

I am not online every day to update my account. But when I updated, it only pulled from 7/20/23 thru 10/31/2023. I am missing data prior to this date and after  2/28/23

Hello there, @davidyoungconstr. I'm here to assist you in getting your missing transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you connect your account to online banking, QuickBooks automatically downloads your transactions into the Banking page. Depending on your bank, you can download transactions from the last 90 days up to 24 months.

To enter your missing transactions, you can manually upload them in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer.
  3. Download your transactions and save the file in an easily accessible location, such as your computer's desktop.
  4. Open and review the file from your bank, ensuring it is in the correct format before uploading it.
  5. Go to the Transactions menu and select Bank transactions.
  6. Click the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, click the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
  7. Select Drag and drop or select files and choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, click Continue.
  8. In the QuickBooks account ▼ drop-down list, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then, select Continue.
  9. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then, click Continue.
  10. Select the transactions you would like to import and click Continue.
  11. Finally, select Yes and then Done to accept your transactions.

Now that your transactions are in QuickBooks, you can match and categorize them. After reviewing, they will be added to your accounts.

If you need further assistance with managing banking transactions in the program, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'll be happy to help. Have a great day!

@davidyoungconstr

You can use MT Online or on of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo $60 one time license) as a workaround.
