Let's clear your "Ask my Accountant" account and get you back to working order.
To clarify, are you trying to inactive the "Ask my Accountant" account when you say "clear the "Ask my Accountant" account"? If so, we'll need to delete its transactions first before we can inactive the account itself. Let me show you how.
- Go to the Chart of Accounts.
- Find the "Ask my Accountant" account.
- Click Run report.
- On the Account QuickReport, click the transaction made and delete them one at the time.
Then, you can go back to Chart of Accounts and inactive the "Ask my Accountant" account.
