There are ways on how to remove the duplicate transactions. We can use the bank statement as a reference in deleting them.
Here's how to delete the duplicate transactions:
- Go to Accounting and select the Chart of Accounts tab.
- Look for the account, you can use the search box to find it easily. Then, click View Register under the Action column.
- Select the duplicate transactions that you wish to remove. Then, click the Delete button.
- Then, Yes to confirm.

Another way to delete them is within the reconciliation page. You can follow these steps:
- Click the transaction and select Edit to open it.
- Then, click More at the bottom part of the page.
- Select the Delete option and Yes to confirm.
