I can see how important it is for you to be able to access QuickBooks Commerce. This lets you efficiently manage your products, order, and customer. Let me provide some information on why the feature will not load in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The unusual behavior you’re experiencing is already reported to our product engineers. They’re working towards finding a permanent solution to fix the issue.

One of our specialists will assist in signing up to the list of affected users. You’ll receive an email once there’s an update about the issue.
Here’s how:
- Press the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
- In the Assistant tab, scroll down to the Type something field to enter the issue. For example, unable to access QuickBooks Commerce,
- Click the Get help from a human link and follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
- In How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat for real-time assistance or Callback to speak with an agent.
- Provide this number to speed up the process: INV-63048.
