I've had the same issue. No one in tech support seems to want to help. I've tried incognito mode, it doesn't change anything. I've gone through my bank and they say it's a qb issue. I don't know what to do either. I've been trying to set up payroll for 3 months and can't get passed this issue. I'm sorry you're dealing with this issue, but I'm glad I'm not the only one.
