My login information is correct as I've been trying to do it for 2 weeks already and checked many many times. I've read what the error means but unfortunately as I said it is unhelpful and the same login details still work in the old account, so it can't be that the details are incorrect.

As I mentioned I've read what the error.103 means and it isn't helpful. The credentials are correct and if they weren't, the old account would also not be able to connect, but it can. I've double check many many many times.
