Is the tag field missing? Are you not able to save transactions after putting a tag? Please describe how you're not able to enter a tag.
You can click the small collapse icon on the right-hand side of the transaction, so you can see the Tags field and enter a tag. If you can't see it or enter a tag in it, you can do the basic browser troubleshooting steps.
To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step disables its extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing history.
If you can add tags, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.
Feel free to share an update after doing the steps above.
when I enter a tag in the tags field of a transaction, I see the pop up window showing all the relevant tags. I click on one of them but nothing happens( the tags field still contains the input characters)
No message. nothing. It is like I have not done anything.
For instance, I enter "ad" on the tags field , so a list pops up : "admin, homestead"
I click sur admin. Nothing happens. I still have the characters "ad" in the field.
Please note that I can delete the tags already attached to the transaction (but then I cannot put them back)
This is quickbooks self employer intuit.
I am on safari private window ( macbook pro macos 11.2.3)
Same thing on google chrome.
It uses to work perfectly until few days ago ( may be 4)
