I cannot get my transactions from the GoPayments app to show up online

The error may appear when there's an issue with the browser, @inked-babe-browb.

 

The best thing that we can do is to perform some basic troubleshooting by following these procedures:


Use a private browser. It is also known as InPrivate in Internet Explorer and Incognito mode in Google Chrome. This a special mode where the browser doesn't record the browsing activity on the local device.

 

Let's access QBO in an incognito by following these steps:   

 

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Otherwise, switch or use a different browser.

 

If you're still getting the error, it would be best to get in touch with GoPayments Phone Support Team. There might be an issue with their app when connecting with QuickBooks.
