I cannot get Relay Financial to connect in Quickbooks. I have it connected in Relay Financial and I hit the sync button but nothing appears in Quickbooks?

All the credentials are correct. Quickbooks just won't connect and import the transactions. Its so frustrating that no matter how many times I try it just won't go through. A process that should have worked in under 5 minutes has me turning into some IT guy trying to figure this out.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Error 103 is caused by an incorrect username or password for the bank account you are attempting to link. If it's already linked to QuickBooks and you verified the correct credentials, consider visiting your bank's website to see if third-party access is required. Enable it according to your bank's guidelines or reach out to them for assistance if you need help.

On the other hand, if this is a new connection, I recommend contacting our live experts if the credentials are still invalid during the process. They're equipped with the necessary tools to investigate this issue further. Here's how to do that:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
  2. Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
