I agree with what robinhood555 said, you might have to follow the instructions given to check if there will be a duplicate transaction.
Additionally, when I looked it up in our system, there was no information of a problem that linked your Bank of America account to QuickBooks.

This is NOT about an occassional set of duplicates. this is a whole ton of them. it is Quickbooks not working. how can I solve this or should i just close the account/ ??

I agree. It is very frustrating especially considering how much I spend on QBs every month. I closed my QB account for one business, and am currently searching for an alternative. This is creating so much extra work for me, I can't keep up. I keep thinking QBs will fix this, but it seems to be worse.
100% agree with you. I get the same response when I contact QB as well. It's even duplicating matched transactions. So the system can't even recognize it's own work... Very frustrating! Especially when dealing with 100's of transactions in a day. Hope they get it figured out soon
