Screen shots would be helpful to understand what you are asking about. Are you referring to the balance shown on the dashboard?

I'm referring to the number of transactions for review. For instance, if there are 3 transactions that need review, a 3 appears next to the balance. On my AMEX acct. the number doesn't zero, even after all transactions are reviewed (currently at 61).

At this time, we have an on-going issue where users are having this behavior with their American Express (AMEX) account in the Online Bank Feeds in QuickBooks Online.
