I have an AMEX account that downloads transactions. The numbering feature, next to my Quickbooks balance is not zeroing after transactions have been reviewed.

Screen shots would be helpful to understand what you are asking about. Are you referring to the balance shown on the dashboard?

I'm referring to the number of transactions for review. For instance, if there are 3 transactions that need review, a 3 appears next to the balance. On my AMEX acct. the number doesn't zero, even after all transactions are reviewed (currently at 61).

attached is a screenshot showing AMEX in QB matches with Bank, and no transactions to review, but 61 still showing at the top. All other accounts were showing numbers as well, but zeroed once the transactions were reviewed.
