I've already called those numbers, and requested help with no answers. Each person sends me to another department and is unable to assist in a simple act of a receipt for what I'm being billed for through Intuit.

I understand the urgency of this matter, @thriveyogasummit. I can share some details on where you can check the extra charges to your account.

You have two option to check your credit card for an unrecognized QuickBooks charge.

Option 1: Look up charge by filling out a form.

For the detailed steps and the form you'll need to fill out, you can check out this article: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

Option 2: Look up a charge in your billing history.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription tab. You’ll see all your active subscriptions.

I recommend you contact our QuickBooks Online Support again if you still encounter the same issue. They have the ability to pull up your account and help you settle the charge.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You may check out this article to learn more about payment processing fees.
