I have linked both my PayPal & my bank, but I see that both of those have very similar if not the same transactions. Should I only link one in order to avoid confusion & possibly tracking double the expenses or double the income? Thank you!

Good day, elizabethyannaph.

Yes, I suggest linking one bank transaction to prevent duplicate entries showing in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account.

You can check this article to see steps on how to connect your bank or credit card accounts in QBSE: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Additionally, let me share these easy-to-access articles, webinars, and video tutorials that will help you in familiarizing the different tasks, features, and functions of QBSE. Below are the following:

I've got your back if you need more help. I'm always happy to lend a hand. Have a good one.

Hi, elizabethyannaph.

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about linking two PayPal banks with QuickBooks that have almost the same transactions. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
