I have quickbooks self employed. It is supposed to be connected to Big Commerce. The transactions from Big Commerce are not showing in QuickBooks even when sync'd. Why

You'll want to double-check if you've successfully connected it to QBSE. If it does, you can run a manual update to ensure transactions are updated. Here's how:

On a Browser:

1. Select the Profile icon.
2. Select Bank Accounts.
3. Locate the account (Big Commerce).

On an iPhone or iPad (iOS):

1. Select the Profile icon and then Settings.
2. Select Bank Accounts.

On an Android phone or tablet:

1. Select the menu ☰ icon and then Settings.
2. Select Bank Accounts.

Doing this helps restore the connection and will trigger updates to your transactions.
 

If the issue persists, you can manually add them into QBSE.
