Have you tried what @Fiat Lux - ASIA suggested? It will help you check browser related issues and access QuickBooks Online in a slate.
If you already did and issue remains, I recommend reaching our Customer Care Team to conduct further investigation about it. Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Help (?).
- Select the Search tab.
- Click on Contact Us, then provide a description of your issue.
- Tap Continue or Let's talk, and choose a way to connect:
- Start a chat with a live support.
- Get a callback from the next available support.
